Why did I get an "exclusive" job email?
When you see a job posting with an Exclusive ribbon that means the company has privately posted the job to you.
Business partners can create "Teams" of Jobblers that they've hired and want to hire again. When you are notified you have been added to a "Team," it means that a company has identified you as a top-performing Jobbler and wants to offer you first access to jobs when they get posted.
Exclusive jobs are only visible to Jobblers on the team the job is offered to. This means the general applicant pool cannot see or apply to them, giving you a leg up!
