We're always looking for ways to simplify the job posting process and connect you with great candidates quickly and efficiently.
The minimum requirements to post a job include:

Pay rate: All jobs, both one-time and recurring, must have a minimum pay rate of $15 per hour.

Shift duration: To post a job, you need to have at least 6 hours per shift, for both one-time and recurring jobs.

Days in a week: Recurring jobs must have a minimum of 3 days per week to be posted. However, there's no minimum for one-time jobs.

Weeks in a job: Recurring jobs must have a minimum of 4 weeks to be posted. However, there's no minimum for one-time jobs.

Time remaining until first shift: You cannot post a job that starts in less than 3 days.

Job types: We have added some restrictions based on job types. Warehouse jobs can only be posted as recurring, event jobs can only be posted one time, and all other jobs have no restrictions.
These minimums are designed to ensure that our community of workers is supported with fair compensation while also providing businesses with the best applicants.
