Managing your notification settings

Customize your notifications to stay informed on what matters to you.

Managing your notification settings on our platform is simple and ensures you only receive the updates that matter most to you. Follow the steps below or watch the video at the end to guide you through the process:

  1. Access Your Account Settings
    Go to the main menu, select the Account to access your account management page.

  2. Open Notification Center
    In the left navigation bar, choose Notification Center to view your current notification preferences.

  3. Customize Your Notifications
    In the Notification Center, you'll find notifications for Roster, Job Status, Live Job Updates, and Billing. Check or uncheck the boxes to turn them on or off.

  4. Save Your Changes
    After making changes, a pop-up will confirm your updates have been saved, and the changes will be reflected in your Notification Center.
