How You Receive Payment
All jobs pay through direct deposit. There are four different direct deposit payment methods (indi® for Jobblers card, debit card, bank account or prepaid debit card). Any of the four can be attached to your Jobble account for payment.
You must have an active payment method attached to your account in order to receive payment for a job.
Setting Up Your Direct Deposit
You can set up direct deposit through a debit card, bank account or prepaid debit card. Only one direct deposit account can be linked at a time to prevent fraudulent transactions. Here is more information on steps to take if you experience fraud or scam attempts.
Payment Processing Timeline
Our business partners are expected to initiate payment for jobs within 7 business days of the last scheduled shift of the job.
Whenever a payment is initiated to your account, you will receive an email titled: "Payment Update: Cha-ching, A Payment Has Been Submitted To Your Account!" That email will have details for the shifts you completed as well as the amount you were paid for.
Wrong Amount or Missing Payment
If you received a payment that was less than you anticipated, it is possible that the business is still processing payments. You must wait until at least 7 business days have passed from the last day of the job to see if the payment is submitted. (Make sure you don't count weekends!)
If you have not received a full payment and 7 business days have passed from the last day of the job, you can submit a discrepancy report by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
