Are Jobblers considered independent contractors? What coverage do they have?

Understanding Jobbler coverage as a business owner.

As a business owner or hiring manager, you may be considering hiring workers through Jobble and wondering what kind of coverage they have.

Tax designations

All workers on Jobble are considered independent contractors, which means they are responsible for their own taxes and expenses.

Insurance coverage provided by Jobble

Jobble does provide coverage to all workers, including General Liability, Auto, and Professional E&O. This coverage can help to protect your business in case of accidents or incidents that may occur while a Jobbler is working for you.

It's important to note that in order for a job to be enrolled in this coverage, the Jobbler must be hired through the Jobble platform. If you hire a Jobbler outside of the platform, they won't be covered by our insurance policies.

It's also important to understand that Jobble's coverage is not meant to replace your own insurance policies. While our coverage can provide some protection, it's still important to maintain your own insurance policies to ensure full protection for your business.
