Payment Methods & Billing Settings

Understand how payment methods and billing settings work, how to add or update a card, and what to do if a payment fails.

Your payment settings help ensure that you never miss a lead. You can update your payment method, billing email, and other account details at any time. Below is a simple overview of your most common questions.

Can I add another payment method?

Yes. You can add a new payment method at any time.

To add one:

  1. Go to your Account or Billing Settings
    Select Add Payment Method
  2. Enter your new card or payment details
  3. Save your changes

Your new payment method is available immediately. You can also choose which payment method you want to use as your primary option.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails on billing day, Jobble will temporarily pause all active lead requests connected to your account.

You will not receive new leads until your payment issue is resolved.

To fix this:

  • Update your payment method
  • Confirm that your card has available funds
  • Retry the payment from your billing page

Once a valid payment method is added and the charge is processed successfully, your lead requests will automatically resume and re-enter the current billing cycle.

If a failure occurs repeatedly, Jobble may keep your requests suspended until valid payment is confirmed.
