How Weekly Billing Works

Understand Jobble Pro weekly billing, including billing cycles, invoices, budget resets, and how lead delivery is affected when you hit or miss your weekly budget.

Jobble Pro uses a Monday to Sunday billing cycle to keep your weekly spending predictable and easy to review. You receive one consolidated charge every Monday for all the leads delivered during the previous week.

Below is an overview of how the billing cycle works and what you can expect.

How does weekly billing work?

Jobble tracks your lead costs from Monday through Sunday. This is your billing cycle.

Every Monday, you are charged for the total amount you spent across all your active lead requests during the previous week. You will receive one invoice that summarizes your spending by lead request.

Your invoice includes:

  • A total cost for each lead request
  • Your overall weekly total
  • The billing cycle dates that the charges cover

The invoice does not list each individual lead price, but your dashboard will continue to show your delivery and performance details.

Weekly billing keeps all your requests on the same schedule and prevents multiple charges throughout the week.

What happens if I hit my weekly budget?

Each lead request has its own weekly budget. If you hit that budget, Jobble automatically pauses delivery for that specific request until the next billing cycle begins.

Once your new cycle starts, your weekly budget resets and your request becomes active again. You can adjust your budget at any time if you want to control delivery speed.

Hitting your budget is usually a sign that your bid is competitive and you are receiving leads at a strong pace. If you want more volume, you can increase your budget or open up your location settings.

Each lead request has its own weekly budget. If you reach that budget before Sunday:

  • That lead request automatically pauses
  • No additional leads are delivered for that request until the next cycle starts
  • Delivery resumes on Monday when your budget resets

Hitting your budget often means your bid is competitive and you are receiving steady lead volume.

What happens if I do not hit my weekly budget?

If you do not reach your weekly budget, your request stays active through Sunday, and nothing additional happens. Any unused budget does not roll over to the next week.

Not hitting your budget may mean:

  • Your bid is below competitive levels
  • Your selected radius is too narrow
  • Demand in your category is lower right now
  • Your weekly budget is set higher than needed

If you want more leads, you can raise your bid or expand your location. If your current pace feels right, you can keep everything as is.
