Setting the right service area helps you receive leads that are easy to reach and a good fit for your business. Below are tips for choosing locations and understanding how targeting works in Jobble Pro.

Tips for setting your location

Your service area determines where we look for matching homeowner requests. A well chosen area helps you stay efficient and avoid long travel times.

  • Start with the towns and neighborhoods you already serve.
  • Include areas where you can realistically complete work without adding extra travel costs.
  • Expand your radius gradually if you want more volume.
  • Review your lead history to see where your best jobs come from.

If your business covers a wide region, consider creating multiple lead requests with different locations or radiuses.

Can I target specific towns or zip codes

You can choose your primary location and set a radius around it. Leads are delivered from any area that falls within that radius. You can turn off or on individual towns or zip codes within that radius.

If you want to cover multiple non-adjacent areas, you can:

  • Create a separate request for each region
  • Adjust your bid or budget differently for each area
  • Deactivate or activate each request based on workload

This allows you to stay targeted while still reaching the homeowners you want.

How to update your location

  1. Open your lead request dashboard.
  2. Select the option to edit.
  3. Adjust your address or radius.
  4. Save your changes.

Updates take effect right away for all future leads.
